Women in Leadership: Empowering Strategies for the Final Quarter of 2023
As we approach the last quarter of 2023, women in leadership roles find themselves at a pivotal moment. To equip themselves, their teams, and organizations for success, more than 40 accomplished women recently convened at the Women in Strategic Leadership Retreat held at the scenic Safari Valley Resort. This event provided an opportunity to share knowledge, exchange experiences, network, and rejuvenate, all with the aim of realigning and strategizing for the upcoming quarter.

The PEAK Approach: Leaders should adopt the PEAK approach, which stands for being Passionate, Patient, People-centered, and Purposeful; Empathetic, Emotionally intelligent, Enduring, and Excellent; Adaptable, Authentic, Approachable, and Accommodating; and Knowledge-seeking, Knowing (Self-Aware and Kind).
Succession Planning: Leaders should be intentional about succession planning and management to ensure the continuity of their leadership impact.
